Shipping & Returns
We offer $10 flat rate shipping across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping over $150 is free. To ship to other countries, please contact us so that we may quote shipping prior to your online payment. All items are carefully wrapped to avoid breakages. We use recycled packaging materials wherever we can, and use plant-based compostable satchel bags and paper labels. Shipping is by standard Australia Post, Sendle, or we may use a local courier.

If you wish to return your purchase or exchange sizes or products, we are happy to do so within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Items are to be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you know you wish to return so that we can ensure we have the alternate size or product in stock and can retain for you.
- The returned items cannot be underwear, earrings, cosmetics, or body care products that have been opened or the seal broken.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused and have original tags/labels attached.
- We are happy to provide store credit for the amount of the returned purchase of the alternate size or product is unavailable, or refund your purchase price.
- If found to be faulty, we will refund the purchase price, or exchange for the same product if available.
- If you are unable to return within 30 days, please contact us first to discuss, or we may not be able to accept the return.
- We are unable to accept returns on Gift Cards.
- If an item is faulty or broken, we may refund the purchase price, subject to discussion. Please email us or call as soon as possible after receipt of your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days of our receipt of the returned package, please check with your card provider and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, but we may exchange for another size if it is still available.
To return your product, please ensure your purchase is securely wrapped and sealed, before mailing to us. Please contact prior for our address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
